Lorraine Ruth Wax, nee Borman, 83, beloved wife of the late Morton, married for 56 happy years; loving mother of Roslyn (Jim) Mooney and Craig (Julie) Wax; cherished grandmother of Matthew and Owen Mooney and Lauren and Emily Wax; much loved sister of Bernard Borman; favorite aunt of Jennifer Borman (Jim Bowker), Emily (Tim) Spurrell, Bill Wax and Phyllis Dobbins. Lorraine was an extraordinary example of someone whose life was guided by family, love and service. Synagogue service Monday 10:00 AM at Congregation Beth Shalom, 3433 Walters Avenue, Northbrook.
